HS2 is the UK’s flagship transport levelling up project. It is the biggest rail investment ever made in the North of England and is Europe’s largest infrastructure project. The new high-speed line will run between the North West and the South East, stopping at Manchester, Birmingham and London, with trains continuing on the existing network to Scotland and elsewhere.

WeBid have worked on numerous HS2 submissions for various clients over the past seven years. Our consultants have gained a complex understanding of the rail sector and ORR requirements. Working as part of the core writing teams for HS2, WeBid created win themes aligned to client's key drivers, ensuring a key message were embedded throughout these challenging submissions. These high profile submissions involved extensive collaborative workshops with the clients, their technical teams and subcontractors. Due to the complexity of each tailored submission, we co-located with the JV teams throughout.
