We started out as a small family business, recognising a gap in the market, which was dominated by large, non-exclusive bid consultancies. Our company was designed to provide a bespoke, personalised and high quality service – with a consistent, exclusive team who have a personal investment in the company’s success and reputation. Since starting out in 2007, our team size has increased sixfold to twenty exclusive to WeBid consultants. We have handpicked people who bring the right blend of experience, professionalism and behaviours to maintain our family culture. This is not ‘just a job’ – we are all passionate about being the best.

We have also selected people from completely different sectors with transferable skills, including education, banking, financial services, transport management and events planning.
