Jennifer Northcote

Jen started her career in the financial services industry, bringing transferable skills to her role at WeBid, including the ability to apply a flexible approach to working with a wide variety of clients and sectors. Jen demonstrated early on that she had exceptional communication skills and the ability to extract strong evidence and added value from clients' subject matter experts and transfer this into a compelling narrative. She progressed quickly to Senior Consultant and Bid Manager, building lasting relationships and repeat business with key clients. Jen has worked on successful bids across a wide variety of sectors including construction, civils, rail, highways, nuclear, energy, education and healthcare. This has allowed her to apply cross sector learning and insight to continually improve the quality and standards of our bids, making her a highly requested Senior Consultant.

Jen is experienced in working on a wide variety of responses, ranging from leadership, organisation and CVs, through to technical methodologies on large, Joint Venture bids. She has also received Health, Safety and Wellbeing training - in recognition that this topic features on the majority of tenders, accounting for some of the highest question weightings.
