We are...

A Family

We started out as a small family business, recognising a gap in the market, which was dominated by large, non-exclusive bid consultancies. Our company was designed to provide a bespoke, personalised and high quality service – with a consistent, exclusive team who have a personal investment in the company’s success and reputation. Since starting out in 2007, our team size has increased sixfold. We have handpicked people who bring the right blend of experience, professionalism and behaviours to maintain our family culture. This is not ‘just a job’ – we are all passionate about being the best.

Diverse

We bring a unique blend of skills and backgrounds – including experts with senior leadership experience in rail, commercial and project management. We have also selected people from completely different sectors with transferable skills, including education, banking, financial services, transport management and events planning. This diversity stimulates fresh thinking, enhances creativity and allows us to present innovative proposals.

Adaptable

We work across a wide range of sectors, clients and project sizes – from the UK’s most high profile projects (High Speed Two, A303, National Highways projects), to helping SMEs secure long term frameworks to significantly expand their business portfolios and profitability. This gives us the visibility and range of experience to transfer new ideas and best practice across multiple sectors – giving our clients a competitive edge.

The proof is in our results – with a 95% success rate and over 90% repeat business, including long term relationships approaching 16 years. We pride ourselves on our ability to create bespoke solutions for clients through extensive research, market knowledge and our team’s diverse talents.
