Natalie Boyes
With over 15 years’ experience in the construction and civil engineering industry, Natalie has an impressive track record of delivering winning submissions on major projects and frameworks.
Natalie has worked on the most high profile projects and frameworks in the UK – including High Speed Two, major National Highways frameworks and every YORHub tender submission. She brings transferable skills and knowledge through her HNC in Construction and the Built Environment, giving her an understanding of technical terminology and solutions, the ability to communicate effectively with subject matter experts and practical insight into project development and management.
One of Natalie’s greatest achievements is her time working on the Transpennine Route Upgrade – a multi-billion pound rail project across the Pennines. This includes supporting the client from PQQ, through to tender and her ongoing support over the last five years managing the large, multidisciplinary, Joint Venture Section Proposal team. This outstanding achievement and insight into Network Rail’s ways of working has led to her recent promotion to Rail Director – providing strategic oversight on all our rail project tenders and Control Period framework submissions.
