Steph Yeadon

In 2007 Steph recognised a gap in the market, which was dominated by large, non-exclusive bid consultancies. She formed her own company, initially with one writer, expanding to a team of 20 exclusive consultants who have helped clients secure business on some of the UK's most high profile projects and frameworks.

Steph takes a hands-on role in supporting our clients to develop win themes and bid strategies on our most high profile, strategic bids across construction, rail, highways, nuclear, healthcare, education and civil engineering sectors. She motivates and empowers our bid team to be their best, is accountable for our overall performance and high quality standards and invests heavily in professional development to continually improve our service.

Steph also brings experience and insight of working client-side – including her position as former Operations Director for the Australian company Works Infrastructure, and as the first female to hold a director position within Railtrack as the National Contracts Director. Steph was previously responsible for evaluating tender responses, bringing a direct understanding of how to make information clear, concise and engaging for the reader. Her previous roles  give Steph first-hand experience of how tender proposals translate into the reality of an operational project.
