Peter Bull

Peter brings transferable skills and knowledge through over 30 years' experience working in Corporate Finance to strengthen our offering to clients. He is our dedicated Senior Consultant for all cost, risk, budget / cost commentary and commercial management tender responses. Peter has worked with our clients' in-house commercial teams to develop top scoring responses across a wide range of sectors and contract types, including NEC 4 and JCT (various options). This includes civil engineering, construction, rail, highways and healthcare tenders. He is also experienced at integrating seamlessly into large, multidisciplinary, Joint Venture teams.

Peter brings strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct detailed research, extracting concise and relevant information. He applies these skills to produce weekly market intelligence reports for our Directors, allowing us to target our business development activities and offer early support to our clients for strategic bids. Peter also produces our best practice blog - The Edge - shared with all our writers to ensure our tender responses reflect the latest innovations and industry learnings (available on our website). This includes capturing and sharing innovations through his membership to various industry forums and professional bodies such as Project 13 membership.
