Aggreko has launched its innovative Powermx range, designed to deliver modular power in scalable units. The standout of this range is the Powermx3, a three-engine generator capable of producing up to 1.35MVA, housed in a standard 20ft container. This advanced system operates with a load-on-demand mechanism, autonomously adjusting to varying power needs, which minimises emissions and optimises efficiency by generating only the required amount of power.

The Powermx generators’ multi-engine design allows for seamless load-sharing, base-loading, peak lopping, and standby functionalities. This development aligns with Aggreko’s commitment to greener technology, featuring in their Greener Upgrades portfolio, which also includes battery energy storage systems, oil-free air compressors, and steam boilers.
