Today the spotlight is on our fabulous Managing Director, Stephanie Yeadon.

As company founder, Steph brings a wealth of expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for helping businesses secure must-win contracts, which has contributed to our 96% bid success rate.

A Career Built on Success

With 18 years at WeBid, Steph has played a pivotal role in building our reputation as a trusted partner for contractors navigating the bid process. Her specialist area is NEC Contract Management, where her in-depth knowledge and clear guidance have helped clients successfully tackle complex contract requirements.

Most Memorable Bid: A Monumental Achievement

When asked about her most memorable bid, Steph highlights the A303 Stonehenge Tunnel project. This iconic endeavour spanned 18 challenging months of competitive dialogue, conducted entirely via Teams during the COVID lockdown. It was a first for WeBid, but the effort paid off with a major win.

The Stonehenge Tunnel success wasn’t the end of the story. Steph and her team carried their momentum into the Jersey Hospital project, securing another victory for the same client. While remote working has since become second nature, Steph still values the chance to work face-to-face with contractor teams whenever possible.

A Spotlight Moment: From Shark to Spotlight

Outside of bids, Steph has a claim to fame that’s as unique as her approach to bid management. She once found herself featured on US TV News after a shark attack in Florida!
