National rail contractor QTS Group has made history by becoming the first dedicated rail business to attain the prestigious Silver Award for Social Value, awarded by the Social Value Quality Mark CIC. Achieving the Silver Award required QTS Group to showcase robust evidence of its dedication to social value. This includes demonstrating how the company integrates social responsibility into its core operations and actively contributes to the well-being of the communities it serves.

One of the standout aspects of QTS Group’s approach is its proactive community volunteering efforts. Since the beginning of 2023, QTS employees have logged over 1,400 volunteering hours, supporting local charities such as KIND and Whiteleys Retreat.
